ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Accountable for tracking and organization.
  • Being clean and organized within the IT department is a must
  • Provide support for the IT department as required.
 
SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  • Ability and Experience in Software Development.
    • Java development
    • Web scripting languages (ASP.net, PHP, etc.)
    • Web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery)
    • Working w/ databases (MySQL, SQLServer)
    • API development
  • Track record of successful development experience - i.e.:
    • Products delivered;
    • Owning and delivering projects as assigned and/or creating complete system.
  • Computer Science Degree preferred.
  • Project Management and Leader qualities and experience required.
  • Adaptability to learn a variety of software programs.
  • Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • The ability to multitask and self-manage your workday is crucial.
  • Must be able to work after hours if required.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment.

The role is accountable & responsible for running the operations of a major client at a contact center site.  Will be responsible for basically managing the entire business and operation.
