24-7 Intouch employs over 1500 people globally with the capacity to support over 1800 agent stations in Canada, the United States, and India. The company is headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, with additional offices located in Regina, Sasketchewan; Denver, Colorado; Dallas, Texas; and New Delhi, India.

With international operations, 24-7 Intouch is able to provide flexible onshore and offshore outsourcing solutions. Each site is supported by its own HR, IT and, Quality and Training Operations.  The Winnipeg locations house corporate functions such as, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. All facilities utilize the most advanced technology on the market, and have the ability to load share in the case of call spikes, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

1400 Taylor Contact Center

 
Located in Winnipeg’s west side, this site is a newly renovated 18,000 square foot building which includes an 8,500 square foot contact center floor with 220 agent seats.

136 Market Contact Center

The second Winnipeg site is located across the city in the Exchange District in downtown Winnipeg. Located in a Heritage building, the newly-renovated loft space has been designed to emit an executive and corporate ambiance for our agents and support staff. This facility houses only our high touch Dedicated clients in our “Contact Center of Excellence”. The facility is approximately 22,000 square feet with a capacity of 350 agent seats.

The Regina center is a newly renovated 14,000 square foot building, which includes a 6,500 square foot call center floor with 158 agent seats.
