24-7 INtouch and ShopNBC.com to Speak at Annual Internet Retailer
Conference & Exhibition in Boston, MA
TORONTO, Ontario, May 27, 2009 – Greg Fettes, President and CEO of 24-7
INtouch, and Leslie Agerland, Director, Online Program Development for
ShopNBC.com are to speak at the upcoming Internet Retailer Conference &
Exhibition held June 15-18 at the Boston Convention and Exhibition
Center in Boston, MA. The session, “Finding and Fostering Contact Center
Stars”, will take place on June 17 from 1630 – 1700, where Fettes and
Agerland will provide insight on the best practices of recruiting,
training, motivating and rewarding contact center stars.
A new market has emerged with plateauing sales and shrinking margins.
This session will help retailers understand the dynamics of this new
market, how it will affect their operations and how to meet new customer
demands. More specifically, the focus will be on the contact center and
how to optimize performance within an organization by getting more out
of existing resources.
The annual IRCE was named “America’s fastest growing conference” by
Tradeshow week, and this year is being held under the theme “Rising
Above – Not Just Surviving – The Economic Storm”. The conference draws
from all segments of the e-retailing market including retail chain,
catalogers, pure-plays and brand manufacturers. This year features 1798
speakers in 94 sessions, 350 exhibiting companies and an estimated 5000
attendees.
