24-7 INtouch Appoints New Director of Human Resources & Training
TORONTO, Ontario. October 15th, 2007 – 24-7 INtouch, a leading
multi-channel contact center outsourcer, earlier this month appointed
Michael Embury as the Director of Human Resources & Training. He
possesses an extensive background in human resources management,
supplemented with over 10 years of experience directly related to the
contact center environment.
Prior to joining 24-7 INtouch, Embury served as a Manager of Human
Resources at Archway Marketing Services, where he was instrumental in
maintaining a structure and process for hiring and training employees,
which assisted in the efficient operation of the business. He led a team
of HR professionals supporting contact centers for three locations
within two countries. Embury currently sits on several boards of various
organizations in Winnipeg, and is an active member of the Manitoba
Contact Center Association (MECCA), HRMAM, and the BUILT Network.

As Director of Human Resources and Training, Embury is responsible for
all areas of employee relations including selection and recruitment,
compensation, benefits, employee training and organization development,
labor relations, policy development, and risk management. He leads the
overall development and direction of human resources and training
departments for all 24-7 INtouch facilities, to ensure employee
standards of the company and its clients are met.
